Having many years of experience working with adults, FE students and young pupils I am passionate about supporting not only adults but young people too. CBT-Hypnotherapy offers a range of well-established psychotherapies that are among the most researched and evidence-based available. Having such an effective and diverse set of skills to hand enables me to create a highly personalised treatment plan tailored specifically for your unique situation.
What is a typical session like?
Together we will discuss your thoughts, feelings and habits that have led you to your situation. I will support you in understanding how the body and brain interact and how we can use these principles to achieve your goals. I will design your programme using a blend of CBT, Hypnotherapy and other psychotherapies such as MBCT, ACT, REBT. Each session closes with a deeply relaxing yet therapeutic hypnosis.

Having worked with 100’s of my own clients and 1000’s of clients whilst teaching and assessing students in my role as a Therapy Lecturer, I’ve been able to hone my skills and develop a deep understanding of therapeutic work including CBT and hypnotherapy.
I’ve learned a lot about what clients need and how to create plans that really make a difference. I also have a deep understanding of the therapuetic work I do and the psychology behind it. I’m passionate about Cognitive behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy and the beenfits they have to offer whilst also being deeply relaxaing and ejoyable too.
I care deeply about each person I work with, and I aim to make them feel safe and supported every step of the way. It’s incredibly rewarding to help people overcome challenges, gain new perspectives, and see positive changes in their lives.
