What is CBT - Hypnotherapy (CBT-H)?
CBT-H offers a range of well-established psychotherapies that are among the most researched and evidence-based available. With such an effective and diverse set of skills I am able to create a highly personalised treatment plan tailored specifically for your unique situation.
What is a typical session like?
Together we will discuss your thoughts, feelings and habits that have led to your situation. I will support you in understanding how the body and brain interact and how we can use these principles to achieve your goals. I will design your programme using a blend of CBT, Hypnotherapy and other psychotherapies such as MBCT, ACT, REBT. Each session closes with a deeply relaxing hypnosis.
What is the CBT-insomnia programme?
CBT-i is a leading sleep program that restores sleep and maximises mental and physical performance.
