3-4, 60 minute sessions, enables clients to gain many life-changing skills and experience improvements.
6-10 sessions may be required with fortnightly intervals for complex issues such as IBS, Insomnia, complex anxieties.
Whatever your concern, I provide the number of sessions required and not one more.

Each session is online, which works really well even in the busiest or noisiest of households because the beauty of hypnosis is that you create your own inner oasis of calm.
How many sessions will I need?
We start with a call. You can get to know me and ask questions. If you decide to go ahead, I’ll take some details about your concerns. You’ll receive a guided-meditation recording to introduce and develop key techniques that will be the foundation for your journey.
By your first session you’ll have a deeper understanding of your challenges and the triggers behind them. You’ll also experience how gentle hypnosis is, yet how powerfully it can accelerate your personal growth and well-being.
As sessions continue, you’ll build even greater awareness of the patterns holding you back and start reshaping them in alignment with your goals.
Between sessions you’ll enjoy listening to tailored hypnotherapy recordings to support your progress along with engaging and practical resources to make your journey feel both achievable and enjoyable.
