I’m Steph, I offer integrative psychotherapy using evidenced-based approaches like advanced Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) in Rotherham and online.     Hypnotherapy and CBT both have strong evidence for (but not limited to): anxiety, IBS and insomnia. I trained in CBT-Hypnotherapy so I can offer an approach you can trust: one that combines the best of both methods. Research shows that when CBT and hypnotherapy are used together, 70–90% of clients experience greater improvements compared to CBT alone.

    A warm welcome and a compassionate approach. Each 60–75 minute session blends deeply-relaxing, hypnosis with CBT techniques. You’ll gain clear insights and practical tools that support both mind and body – empowering you to build lasting change.

    How we'll work together

    Our journey begins with a friendly call: your chance to ask questions and get to know me. If you choose to continue, I’ll collect some info about your concerns and send you a guided meditation to start your progress.

    By your first session, you’ll understand your challenges and triggers more clearly, and experience how CBT hypnotherapy can fast-track your growth and well-being. Most clients notice improvements within 3-4 sessions while more complex issues may need 6-12 at fortnightly intervals.

    Between sessions, personalised hypnotherapy recordings and practical tools support your progress, so change feels achievable and enjoyable.
